What currency are your prices in?
We are based in Paris in France so all are prices are in Euros. You can use the currency converter to change the currency of the store by clicking on the dropdown menu located in the header on the top right corner.
The prices are displayed to be accurate to the decimal and changes day to day based on the current rates.
All orders are processed in EUR. When checking out while the content of your cart will be displayed in the currency of your choosing, you will pay in EUR at the most current rate based on xe.com.
How can I pay?
You can pay via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American express), iDEAL, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or by Paypal. Soon, we will offer the possibility to pay with Google Pay.
All transactions made on our site are secured and the data is subjected to SSL encryption.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Our goal is to offer the best shipping options no matter where you live! However, please expect some additional fees and delay for international deliveries.
How much does it costs to receive my orders?
- France standard (tracked): EUR 10,00.-
- European delivery (tracked): EUR 15,00.-
- International delivery (tracked): EUR 20,00.-

How long does it take to receive my orders?
All orders have a processing time of 2-7 days.
We are a small company and processing times will vary, if you haven’t received a confirmation of shipping after 7 days, please contact us.
After being processed, your order is now ready to be shipped. Delivery times are as follows.
France: 7 days maximum
European delivery: 7-14 days maximum
International delivery: 7-14 days maximum
These are calendar days.

What are the customs fees for international orders?
For international orders custom charges sometimes occur when an item arrives in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if this will happen. Please check your local customs for more information. This issue is out of our control and we are not responsible for any customs charges.
Why delivery times are so long?
We are a small company, and we are doing our best for you to receive your order in a timely manner. We prefer to focus on the quality of the products, rather than on the speed of delivery.
What happens if I do not receive my parcel?
This would be extremely rare as all deliveries are tracked with a tracking number sent to you upon order confirmation. However, in the unlikely case it happens and beyond 7 weeks, if you still have not received your package, we will refund you upon request.

Why do you have limited quantity of items?
We practice what we preach so that we are very careful and conscious with our buying process to reduce the impact on the environment and avoid unnecessary production, waste and extensive travel. That why we are offering our products in limited quantity and for some on a pre-order basis. We want to avoid the bad practices of fast fashion industry and strongly believe in slow fashion. Our products are available on a first come, first serve basis.
I live in Paris. Is it possible to pick up my order or have it delivered physically?
Of course, we are happy to accommodate you and help you having a minimum impact on the environment. Just mention that when passing your order and our founder Gaëlle will be happy to liaise with you to arrange the details.
I received only one article out of three for my order. Is that normal?
Yes, it is. For some items, we made an agreement with our supplier so that they ship your order directly from their warehouse. If you order multiple items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple packages. These parcels can arrive with a few days of shift.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use sustainable and eco-friendly packaging from Noissue such as stickers. Indeed, Noissue has an eco-packaging alliance program. For every order we make, they plant trees in the area of our choice. That is how we helped to plant the tree no. 3,179 in California.
We were also lucky enough to have been gifted mailers that we are currently recycling. Once they phased out, we will use compostable mailers from Noissue as well. Our thank you cards are from Moo and are therefore eco-friendly.
Why not offering only "Made in France" brands?
We acknowledge that offering 'made in France' brands would minimize our environmental impact. However, it would also considerably increase our prices. Also we believe that there are incredible sustainable brands worldwide. We also believe that manufacturing in Asia or Africa is a great thing when done by the rules. By offering handcrafted products from these continents, we empower the local population, helping them to receive new training and easing their access to education in plus of making a decent living.
Where are your products manufactured?
All clothing and accessories are sourced from different brands from all over the world. The items are produced locally with minimum impact on the environment. We solely work with partners who respect our ethical and environmental standards. Please find below a list of their certifications.
